Banner is the integrated database system used at ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ University to coordinate and manage student and employee information and business processes throughout the university.

Canvas is a virtual hub for student services that provides access to online course materials, grades, organizations, accounts, and many other academic and campus services.

Information Technology Services has a licensing agreement to provide current ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ students, faculty, and staff access to in-depth research and analysis on information technology topics from Gartner Inc.

¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ Alert

¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ University has partnered with Rave Wireless to provide an emergency alert system. ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ students are loaded into the system upon intake. Alert preferences can be changed by logging in to the Rave Wireless site.

Qualtrics is a Web-based service that allows you to easily create a survey, collect and store data securely, analyze responses, and present results using professional-quality graphs. ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ University has a site license for the Qualtrics Survey Service. It is available to all ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ students, faculty, and staff, at no cost. The service can be used to support teaching, academic research, and institutional business.

SpaceFinder tracks and reserves rooms for events on campus. Additional media equipment and technician support can be requested.

Tableau

Employees may use Tableau as the primary visual tool for data analysis and sharing.

About ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ Google Suite

  • All students, faculty and staff accounts include access to G Suite for Education (formally known as Google Apps for Education).
  • The agreement between ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ University and Google provides enhanced features and protections such as:
    • Creating Appointment Slots in Google Calendar;
    • Unlimited storage for ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ Google Mail and Drive

Log in to the Self Service with your Campus ID and password to report issues or make requests for IT services. Your ticket will automatically be routed to the ITS team best suited for troubleshooting based on the information you provide.

Ellucian On-Demand Subscription Library (ODSL) is designed in short segments to help you quickly master the software such as Banner that you use every day. Included many courses, which contain many of video lessons and printable resources. These resources are now available and it is all free to us!

If you need Ellucian’s Customer Center Account, then go toÌýÌýand click on theÌýSign-UpÌýButton:

When you sign up, you will have to be approved as an employee. Once that is done, you can go into the Customer Center and access the ODSL as above.

How to Access Ellucian’s On-Demand Training

ÌýIf you already have Ellucian’s Customer Center Account, then you can follow the following directions:

1. Log in to the Ellucian Customer Center at:Ìý

If you have problems logging in, or if you need a password reset, please contactÌýcsenablement@ellucian.com

2. Under theÌýRESOURCESÌýmenu, chooseÌýKnowledge > On-Demand Training.Ìý This will automatically log you into the Training site.

3. Visit theÌýAbout > HelpÌýpage in the Training site to find tips on how to navigate and use the library. If you have technical problems while viewing your on-demand training, please send an email toÌýelearningsupport@ellucian.com.
