    • Canvas is the ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ÌýLearning Management System, providing faculty, staff, and students the tools and resources for face to face and online teaching and learning. Students can use Canvas to keep track of their course assignments and work with calendars, to-do lists, and the mobile app. All ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ Faculty, staff, and students have access to Canvas by visiting .
  • ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ Digital Portal (Virtual Machines)
    • ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ Digital PortalÌýis a website that allows you to log into a virtual desktop. These virtual desktops are similar to the lab and lectern computers on campus, and provide access to a variety of software including SPSS and ArcGIS.

  • Argos Web Viewer
    • Argos provides reporting based on data from Banner and other ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ data systems (requires VPN to access from off-campus).
    • The Employee Dashboard gives you access to your ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ employee record and provides links for time reporting and recent and past paycheck stubs.Ìý Part of Banner@¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ (banner.jcu.edu).
    • Banner is the authoritative repository of key ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ data, including student and academic records, human resource information, and financial records.Ìý Useful resources include:
      • Employee Dashboard: View your ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ employee record and links for time reporting, paycheck stubs, and other services.
      • Advising: Access to student academic records
      • Grade Reporting: Enter midterm and final student grades
      • Admin Pages: Used to maintain and access data stored in Banner (requires VPN to access from off-campus)

  • Virtual Private Network (VPN) - Global Protect Client
    • VPN allows a ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ faculty, staff, or student to access ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ services and webpages through a secure connection utilizing your ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ network credentials.
      • VPN needs to be connected to access personal and departmental drives, print to campus printers, access Banner Admin Pages, Argos, etc.
